Happy Valentines Day everyone.
This year's V-day falls on the 5th of Chinese New Year and I guess most of the people are still on holiday.
Nevertheless, I'm already back in the office and guess I'm the one who stayed the latest in the office.
Felt a little bit lonely at that time... Kept thinking myself why I don't have someone to celebrate this special day with me. Anyway, the moody side of me goes away quickly after a while.

And, tada... I received a belated Valentine gift, it's Royce chocolate.
It's nicely packed in the red packing with lovely ribbon.
Oh my, I'm loving it. But I need to finish it soon as usually it is only fresh for 1 months+.

Happy Chinese New Year... Ulala

It's the day of the year, the most celebrated festival for Chinese. ^_^
Chinese New Year (CNY), also known as the Spring Festival or the Lunar New Year, is the most important festival for the Chinese in many East Asian countries. This is the time where every members of the families will go back to their home for family gatherings, reunion dinners, gift giving (or angpow giving), clean up and decorates their house to bring good luck and celebrating the coming of spring.

As years goes by, I'm starting to less like Chinese New Year due to the popular regular questions that brought up by relatives...

• When want to get married?
• When want to bring partner home?
• This year is the last year of getting angpow, next year must start to give already ar..

But nevertheless, I still enjoy very much the public holiday seasons and the free leaves that are given. It's the time where we (those single) collect angpow and also visiting relatives together with our family.

I'm still in my CNY mood... but back to office work on the 4th of Chinese New Year (and it's a Wednesday, 13/2/2013). Tomorrow will be Valentines day, and guess that will be another single day for me celebrating.

Omg, in order to have more of all these, I'll need to get my butt to gym and exercise more often.

Wishing everyone a happy day on this 12-12-12. ^_^
I love celebrations and this is definitely a day to celebrate.
I still remember I used to wish that I can get married either on 8-8-8, 9-9-9 or 10-10-10, but that was just a wish. I still believe, maybe someday, I will be living happily ever after with someone I love.

I wish everyone happiness and filled with joy.

Special day, trying out new food. My friend bring me to this restaurant called Journey2Life, where they served vegetarian meals. I tried the J2L Hor Fun with gravy and veges. We also ordered Cheesy Ball, and trust me, it's super delicious for a cheese lover like me. (too bad I forgot to take photos of it).

After work, tapao Dominos and was planning to view the sunset by the beach. Mana tau, something unfortunate happen. When paying for the pizza, my phone slipped from my hand, and landed on the floor. Omg... I thought nothing happen because the screen didn't crack. But when I view the screen, the display became haywire. Everything was a mess, there were lines of colours on the screen and I can hardly see what is displayed. So I quickly go to Bukit Jambul to get my screen repaired.

The first shop I go was Digi. It was a stupid thing to do as I believe they don't repair phones, but somehow I proceed and ask whether do they repair phones. The guy replied Yes and told me the cost is RM300. And he said I need to leave my phone overnight. I was reluctant as I need my phone today, so I told him I'll consider first and I went up to the 1st floor. The first shop I see was a repairing handphone shop. I went in and asked. The guy told me to change the screen cost RM270, which I try to get discount and he gives me the final price of RM260.

I remembered that I was waiting for my friend to call me when he reach, but because the guy told me it was a quick fix, I allow them to do so. While waiting, somehow, my friend manage to find me in the shop and we waited for the guy to repair my phone. Imagine, this piece of LCD screen cost RM260. The guy mentioned that luckily I'm not using Samsung SIII, else replacing the Samsung SIII screen cost RM500++. @.@.

Due to the sun has already went back home, we change our plan to go somewhere and have our dinner instead. So we decided to go Straits Quay. Eating and drinking Chatime. ^_^. Not to forget to take a photo with this Christmas tree, the first time I see this tree was back in year 2010, 2 years back. Still standing tall. =P

Next agenda, movie time. It is Wednesday, so definitely going for a movie. ^_^
We went to TGV, 1st Avenue for The Life of Pi.

It was 12am when the movie ended. So quickly go back home and have a good rest.

My hair grows quite fast and this is me when attending Project Management Training (taken this shot during the bio break, not during lecture =P).

It's November already. Time really flies. 

This post is really random, just have the urge to write down something, though it really don't bring any useful information. At least, at this very moment, maybe I feel typing something on the fly will help my moody feeling. I'm confuse, myself.

Mixed Feelings

Tomorrow will be my last day in office. After 7 years of working here, it's finally the time to wave goodbyes.
There's excitement looking forward to the new job, new career path, but on the other hand, there's also a feeling of sadness, leaving behind all my friends, peers, everything that I'm so familiar here.

I had a few farewell sessions with different group of friends. I really do enjoy hanging out with them, and I feel that I'm blessed to have so many friends around me that cares and always there for me.

Yesterday my ah lui (Tze Kee) came over to Penang and join in one of the farewell session with my other teammates. She passed me this special photo frame with photo compiled from part of our gatherings and hangouts. I'm so touched. I don't know what my heart is feeling right now. It's all mixed up. Happy, excited, sad, 不舍得... Somehow, in our life, at a certain point of life, we will somehow move on to our own path.

So, yeah, I should be looking forward to my new path and advance towards it. ^_^
Thanks to all my friends and colleagues and managers for the wonderful experience and journey that has helped make me successful at what I do throughout my career all these years.
