Ordering in here is easy too as once seated, they will asked you what tea/drinks that you want, and then hand over a card paper (sheet) for you to bring along when you order.

Here are some tips for ordering dim sum at Fu Er Dai Dim Sum: Start with the steamed dishes, such as har gow and siu mai. These are the most popular dim sum dishes and are a good way to get a taste of the restaurant's cooking.
Don't forget to try their famous steamed golden lava bun. These signature steamed buns are filled with generous fillings of salted egg yolk custard. You can also try the fried version exploding salted egg yolk custard bun.
Don't be afraid to ask the waiter for recommendations. They are happy to help you choose the best dishes for your taste.
