A getaway vacation to neighboring country Thailand.
Tips when travelling to Bangkok:
1. Get tourist prepaid SIM card - it's only 299 baht for 7 days, useful for searching for places and using Waze or Google Maps.
2. Use GrabCar/GrabTaxi instead of non-metered taxi.
3. If you need to exchange your currency, look for SUPERRICH currency exchange counter. They offer the best exchange rate.
4. Wear comfortable clothes and short pants as the weather is hot.
5. Go for massage, it's cheap here - 200 baht for 1 hour foot massage.
6. If you are visiting any shopping mall, check for Tourist Member privileges. Some mall gives additional discounts/free coupons/free internet access. Example: Siam (Siam Center, Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon | สยามพารากอน), Centralworld, Boots Thailand
